I am not a fan of dentists at all, but have always felt good about visiting this one. It has ensured I keep coming back. 
The service is absolutely excellent! There’s always a nice friendly atmosphere when they greet you in reception and again when you see the dentist. Everything is always done in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. They take time to answer questions and explain things, and help you with any problems. 
I had toothache and phoned and I was seen within a few hours. I had everything explained in detail, treatment was painless and expertly carried out. I am very happy with my dentist and treatment, which I consider is second to none. Staff are helpful and courteous. Excellent.

My dentist is Rosanna Tacconelli whom I find very competent, friendly and understanding. She makes me think that nothing is too much trouble for her. Long may she continue.

I was not very happy at first when the practice no longer offered NHS treatment and I had to pay for myself and my children. However, the service and care has improved and Mr Whitehead really takes his time and we don’t feel as if we are being rushed.
